Lexie Morgan

Supportive enough to hold you, honest enough to push back.

About Me

People who feel stuck — in a career that no longer fits, a relationship that’s fraying, or a version of themselves they’ve outgrown — tend to find their way to Lexie Morgan. The Vancouver-based Registered Clinical Counsellor works with teenagers, young adults, men, and women who are carrying grief, burnout, anxiety, or the particular exhaustion that comes from never quite being able to switch off, even at the end of the day. That inability to rest isn’t a personal failing; for many of her clients, it’s a nervous system that never got the memo that the shift is over.

Lexie brings more than a decade of mental health and social services experience to her practice, having worked in hospice grief support, crisis and suicide prevention, and workplace mental health — including training programs built specifically for hospitality and tourism workers. She also supports parents, students, nurses, and caregivers navigating the slower, less-talked-about weight of showing up for everyone else.

Her approach is collaborative, curious, and candid — she’ll hold space and challenge you in the same session. Online appointments are available, and a free 20-minute call is on offer to make sure the fit feels right before anything else begins.
