Mark Treegoob

Treatment shaped to the person, not the other way around.

About Me

Finding real solutions β€” not just talking around the problem β€” sits at the center of Mark Treegoob’s work as a licensed psychologist based in Glendale, Arizona. His practice draws on CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, family systems work, attachment theory, NLP, and brief therapy, always assembled around what a particular client actually needs rather than fitted to a single method. That flexibility has shaped the way he approaches everything from OCD, GAD, and panic disorders to depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD in adolescents and adults.

Mark works with teenagers, young adults, men, women, elderly clients, and individuals with special needs β€” helping them move through anxiety, obsessive thinking, mood difficulties, anger, and the stress that tends to follow people home and straight into whatever screen they pick up next. He also provides EAP and EFAP services and offers online sessions for those who prefer to meet remotely.

Trained at George Washington University, Indiana University (M.S. and Ph.D.), and through a post-doctoral internship at the Devereux Foundation, Mark has built his practice across school, rehabilitation, and community mental health settings before settling into private practice. He maintains a wide referral network and is straightforward about recommending other specialists when a different approach would serve a client better.
