Seth likes to say he’s a recovering elementary school principal. He began his career supporting students with learning and behavioral challenges in Chicago Public Schools, earning a master’s degree as a Learning and Behavior Specialist before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2005 to pursue work as a school administrator. Seth now works with professionals, college students, couples, and families to help them understand how ADHD and executive functioning impact their daily lives- and to develop practical strategies that encourage awareness, action, and reflection. Seth offers ADHD coaching for adults, taking time to understand each client’s challenges and designing simple, repeatable strategies for organization, productivity, and steady follow-through.
