Silvina Falcon-Levine

Mutual trust and shared goals turn courage into lasting change.

About Me

With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Silvina Falcon-Levine has built her practice around a straightforward conviction: that every person deserves a life defined by pride, genuine connection, and a sense of their own worth. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Short Hills, New Jersey, she earned her master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and deepened her training through clinical placements at Trinitas Regional Medical Center and Bayonne Community Mental Health Center, later working across hospital and community mental health settings.

Silvina works with teenagers, young adults, women, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, body image concerns, obsessive behaviors, parenting challenges, immigration adjustment, and the particular pressures of midlife. She offers both individual and group counseling, and she brings fully bilingual Spanish-language services to clients for whom language and cultural context are inseparable from care.

Her therapeutic style centers on real collaboration: from the first session, she and her clients identify specific goals together, track progress through structured feedback, and use evidence-based methods to move toward them. The relationship itself — built on trust and mutual accountability — is, in her view, the engine of lasting change. Sessions are available in person and online.
