Three decades of clinical work have given Susan Marie Guenther a clear-eyed view of how distress takes shape across a lifetime. Practicing as a Licensed Psychologist from her private home office in Des Moines’s Drake Neighborhood, she works with individuals, couples, and groups navigating everything from mood and anxiety disorders to addiction, trauma, and the particular weight of abuse and neglect that can follow a person for years.
