With two decades of experience working first as a child therapist and later expanding into family counselling, Lynda Moss built a clinical foundation before deepening her training at Vermont College, where she earned a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. That graduate program introduced her to a range of non-traditional psychodynamic approaches — among them Depth Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, and Integrated Energy Work — which continue to shape how she works with clients today. She has also completed advanced Level 3 EMDR certification under Dr. Laurel Parnell, a training pathway the World Health Organization recognizes as one of only two evidence-supported treatments for PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Lynda works with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults navigating a wide range of difficulties — from trauma and abuse recovery to mood disorders, addictions, relationship conflict, and the professional burnout that quietly accumulates when the workday never really ends and worry travels everywhere a phone does.
Operating out of Harrington, Prince Edward Island, and available for online sessions, Lynda holds credentials with the Canadian Counselling Association and the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists. Her practice offers a confidential space where clients can speak openly, examine what is not working, and find a way forward.
