What clients walk away with, Bill Brennan believes, is the discovery that they were stronger than they realized. Working from Ormond Beach, Florida, Bill is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with a Master’s in Counseling Education from Florida Atlantic University and more than two decades of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. His approach is relaxed and compassionate — he treats therapy as a genuinely interesting process, not a grim necessity, and he draws on EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral, Reality, Systems, and Art therapy to help people move through difficulty as efficiently as possible.
He works with men and women facing a wide range of challenges: trauma and abuse recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction — including the kind that builds quietly around a phone screen, where someone can be reachable around the clock and still feel completely unseen — panic attacks, chronic pain, relationship breakdown, and spiritual concerns. His practice is built on the conviction that people carry more resilience and creativity than they typically give themselves credit for, and his job is to help them find and use it.
Bill offers a free half-hour phone consultation so prospective clients can get a real sense of the work before committing. Sessions are available online.
