About Me

I’m a blind and neurodivergent executive functioning coach with master’s degrees in education and social work. I also completed a coaching certification course through JST Coaching. I work with adults and college students to find the sources of joy and motivation in their lives that will allow them to be successful, in whatever ways success looks like for them. Things I often help with: identifyingunderstanding procrastination, communicating with employers or professors, clarifying nebulous tasks, and learning about your autism or ADHD. (Self-diagnosis is valid)! If it’s helpful, we can create time in our sessions for you to start those annoying tasks you’ve been putting off so that when you leave the call, you have some momentum. I approach coaching from a holistic, disability justice lens. If you are autistic, we can talk about your sensory needs and how to unmask safely. If you work in tech, we can nerd out a bit and I can help you diagnose and troubleshoot some of the bugs that are getting in your way.
