Amanda Grace

Practical, grounded support for the person who's been holding it all together.

About Me

Most people contact Amanda Grace when they’ve finally run out of ways to hold it together — when the anxiety, the exhaustion, or the weight of a difficult relationship has made the daily effort feel unsustainable. A Licensed Professional Counselor based in Colorado Springs, Amanda has spent two decades working with adults who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, or absorbing everyone else’s moods while quietly losing track of themselves.

She works with men and women navigating anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, burnout, and chronic stress — including those whose inner lives feel invisible to the people they’re in constant contact with, responding to messages all day yet never quite feeling understood. Her approach draws on CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic insight, and nervous system work, but she doesn’t follow a fixed model. She follows the person in front of her.

Sessions are practical and direct — honest reflection, not generic encouragement. Amanda offers both in-person appointments in Colorado Springs and online sessions, and her goal is the same either way: to help clients find steadier footing and stop bracing for the next thing that might go wrong.
