Andria Gillis

Andria is a leadership and team coach who helps people and organizations strengthen their capacity for collective impact. She partners with leaders, teams and organizations to develop the clarity, adaptability, and collaboration needed to thrive in complex environments. Her work integrates systemic team coaching, leadership development, and consulting, supporting clients to lead with purpose, compassion, and courage.

With more than 2,500 hours of coaching experience, Andria has supported leaders and teams across sectors including healthcare, technology, education, and government. She works with executives, founders, and organizations seeking to align performance with values, and to create cultures that prioritize both human and planetary well-being. Her coaching and facilitation focus on the collective leadership capacities required to address today’s interconnected challenges.

Before founding People Lab, Andria held senior leadership roles in the retail and health care industries in Canada and the United States. Her business foundation grounds her coaching in both strategy and systems thinking.

At the heart of Andria’s philosophy is a belief that leadership is a shared act of responsibility and care. She helps clients explore how their decisions and relationships contribute to the wider systems they are part of, fostering leadership that is both effective and ethical. Guided by curiosity and compassion, she creates reflective spaces where leaders can expand awareness, deepen connection, and take purposeful action toward impact that lasts.

Andria holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Certified Systemic Team Coaching Senior Practitioner, Coaching Supervisor, and ongoing contributor to the international coaching community.
