As a fellow ADHD’er, I know how hard it is to navigate life in a world that is not built for our brains. Without the proper support and understanding of ADHD, it’s overwhelming to know how to move forward. Despite this, we still dream big. We are the creatives, the innovators, the connectors, the deep-thinkers, the super-feelers, and the trailblazers.

Through coaching, we’ll delve into all the ways ADHD affects your life, both positively and negatively, in order to gain an understanding of how your brain works and build custom support systems. Along the way, we’ll uncover your innate strengths, identify your core values, learn how to incorporate purpose, meaning, and joy into everyday life so that you can thrive.
