Cindy Goldrich

Cindy Goldrich, Ed.M., ADHD-CCSP, is an ADHD and executive function expert, mental health counselor, and founder of PTS Coaching. For more than a decade, she has trained professionals and supported families worldwide to better understand and respond to the challenges of ADHD using practical, brain-based strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

She is the author of 8 Keys to Parenting Kids & Teens with ADHD: Supporting Your Child’s Executive Function and ADHD, Executive Function,& Behavioral Challenges in the Classroom: Managing the Impact on Learning, Motivation, and Stress. Her work is known for bridging the gap between home and school, equipping both parents and educators with tools to reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, and build the skills students need to succeed.

Cindy is the creator of the Calm & Connected® parenting program, a structured, research-informed approach that has helped thousands of families shift daily dynamics and support their children more effectively. She is also the founder of the ADHD Parent Coach Academy (APCA), where she has trained coaches internationally to work with parents using a consistent, systems-based framework. In addition, she developed the ADHD Teacher Trainer Academy (ATTA), preparing educators and consultants to deliver impactful training to schools and districts.

A sought-after speaker, Cindy has presented at national and international conferences and provides professional development for schools across the country. She serves on the board of CHADD and is actively involved in advocacy efforts to improve awareness, education, and support for individuals with ADHD.
