Claudia (BSW, MPH) is a Digital Wellness expert, community strategist, and dynamic speaker dedicated to restoring authentic human connection. As the Co-Executive Director of the Unplug Collaborative—the non-profit home to Global Day of Unplugging® and the Unplugged Village® Initiative—and the Digital Wellness & Public Health Advisor for the Ethan Dallas Hopeful Hearts Foundation, she is at the forefront of the global movement to reclaim our offline lives.
Claudia’s work is rooted in the philosophy that it takes a village to navigate today’s digital landscape. Drawing on 30 years of experience in Social Work and Public Health, she spearheads strategic planning and engages global partnerships to build the infrastructure that makes balance possible. She advocates that digital wellness is rarely a solo journey; it is a collective effort fueled by shared accountability. To bring this to life, Claudia leads hands-on activities and community gatherings that provide the tools and “social permission” needed to step away from screens and rediscover the joy of being present.
A veteran of city, state, and global health education, Claudia is a captivating presenter known for her infectious enthusiasm that mobilizes audiences. When speaking to corporate teams, schools, or youth groups, she provides practical, mindful frameworks that move families and organizations away from digital distraction and toward meaningful engagement.
