About Me

I’ve always been captivated by the art of connection – bringing ideas, people, and possibilities together to create something new.

My career spans a kaleidoscope of industries and disciplines: bootstrapping and exiting Entrinsic, one of North America’s first social media agencies; leading high-impact campaigns for iconic brands like Google, Coca-Cola, Ford, RBC, and MoMA; and publishing thought leadership in Harvard Business Review. I excel in both corporate environments and emerging industries, thriving on distilling complexity into actionable strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.

As an adult, I discovered that my creative strengths and relentless drive were in-part fueled by ADHD. What once seemed like a challenge turned into an opportunity as I learned to harness my neurodivergence, gaining practical tools and strategies to overcome obstacles and unlock potential. Now, I use these insights to help others do the same.

As an ICF-trained coach with certifications from CADDRA and CAMH, I mentor neurodivergent professionals, particularly those with ADHD, who are navigating high-pressure environments. My coaching blends systems thinking, solutions-focused techniques, executive function strategies, and decades of real-world leadership. My clients—high-potential individuals seeking clarity, focus, and sustainable success—benefit from tailored guidance that transforms challenges into catalysts for growth.

If you’re ready to focus on what matters most and chart a path forward, let’s connect.
