I blend movement-based, trauma-informed work with an Internal Family Systems approach to help you process shame, self-doubt, and the patterns that grow out of years of time distortion, overwhelm, and repeated missteps. My style is playful, body-based, and grounded in an anti-oppressive lens, and I aim to help you build a steadier relationship with yourself while making space for the way your brain actually works. I offer virtual sessions for Pennsylvania residents and welcome clients who want a therapy space that is both structured and flexible.
