Overwhelmed with life, career, school or family responsibilities? Wheels feel like they’re falling off the bike even though you are pedaling as fast as you can? Coaching may be an effective path forward.
I’m a Board-Certified leadership, life and career coach, accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education, the International Coaching Federation (PCC level) and Mentorcoach with over two decades’ experience in human resources, adult training and professional development.
Many neurodivergent people have incredibly effective coping strategies that work perfectly…until they don’t. Sometimes all it takes is one change – a new job, or loss of a job, a shift in marital or cohabitation status, a significant development in children’s milestones or personal life or hormonal change – and then the techniques you used to stay on top of appointments, work projects, social engagement and children’s activities don’t help make even a small dent in the to-do pile.
A Board-Certified leadership, life and career coach, accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education, the International Coaching Federation (PCC level) and Mentorcoach, with over two decades of experience in human resources, adult training and professional development. I specialize in neuro-inclusive and executive function coaching. I work with adults who have ADHD or are otherwise part of the neurodivergent community, and who are looking to develop in their careers or make a career change to a role that will support their unique talents. I also work with parents of neurodivergent children of all ages.
Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is a forward-looking, client-driven engagement in a partnership that empowers you to identify what’s important to you and what’s holding you back and supports you as you create goals that spark positive growth and map out the path to your unique ‘what’s next.’
If coaching may be right for you, let’s talk.
