As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT #117978) and founder of Unfolding Self Psychotherapy, I provide depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy to individuals and couples, and supervise Associate therapists in my Los Angeles-based group practice.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent my teenage years modeling in Paris, an experience that profoundly shaped my relationship with food, body image, and perfectionism. Healing from those patterns gave me a deep, lived understanding of the struggles many clients face around identity, self-worth, and the pressure to achieve.
I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, specializing in Depth Psychology, and my BFA in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design. My training included work at the Women’s Clinic Counseling Center, Krevoy Institute for Eating Disorders, and the Antioch University Counseling Center.
My approach weaves together depth-oriented and trauma-informed methods, including EMDR, the Trauma Resiliency Model, mindfulness, somatic work, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I help clients uncover the roots of self-criticism, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm, so they can build a more compassionate and authentic relationship with themselves and the world around them.
My goal is not to fix you, but to help you uncover and strengthen what is already whole within you.
