I meet you wherever you are in your journey toward recovery in a stigma-free, non-judgmental treatment environment. I provide solution-focused, goal-oriented therapy utilizing a variety of techniques including motivational enhancement therapy, harm reduction, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. For your convenience, I have evening and weekend appointments available. The initial session will consist of an overview of what to expect during your therapy sessions as well as a brief assessment to determine your specific, individual needs and formulate an appropriate treatment plan.
