Katherine Cato holds a conviction that progress in counseling should be felt quickly — that finding the right professional means noticing a genuine shift early on. A Licensed Professional Counselor based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Katherine has spent her entire 24-year career working alongside couples at every stage: those preparing for a life together, those navigating serious strain, and those deciding how a relationship ends or continues.
