Counseling for young(ish) adults who aren’t feeling it (or who are feeling all of it)

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than a decade of post-graduate clinical experience. I’m also a human being who’s living in this beautiful, challenging world, just like you.

My strengths as a clinician include forging strong relationships with my clients and providing them with various resources to help them better understand themselves and the world.

My typical clients are bright, young-ish adults asking tough questions about themselves and their world, seeking to find meaning, joy, and growth. Many are also wondering how to feel more present in a world full of notification alerts. If you’d like to spend less time on screens, reconnect with offline life, and build a healthier relationship with technology, I’m happy to support you in setting goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

If you are looking for a warm and collaborative space to process your emotions and maybe get some podcast recommendations along the way, we might be a good fit.
