Healing from the inside out is at the center of Kathy Reilly’s work as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Counseling & Resource Center of Dearborn. She works with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families navigating everything from depression, anxiety, and trauma to addiction, abuse recovery, and personality and eating disorders — meeting each person where they are, not where they’re expected to be.

Her practice draws on a wide range of treatment approaches, matched carefully to each client’s needs. For those carrying workplace stress that doesn’t clock out — the manager whose phone keeps buzzing through dinner, the employee who can never quite leave the office behind — Reilly brings the same grounded, individualized attention she applies to every concern that walks through her door. She also offers group counseling, psychological testing and assessment, DSM-5 diagnosis and treatment, coaching, and EAP/EFAP services.
