My approach to counseling is working with you towards a place of peace, happiness, and healing self-expression. I specialize in grief and loss, life transitions, women’s issues, aging, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I provide counseling that supports a holistic approach which values mind, body, and soul. My clients are the experts on themselves and I have trust in their innate healing process, but sometimes they need a guiding hand to support them. I provide empathic support and a focus on strengths to provide the perspective they need to follow their life path.
I use mindfulness, art therapy, and positive psychology with an emphasis on strengths to help you explore your values and discover what you want and need in life to make you truly happy. I strive to encourage and motivate you to move towards your goals.
Our sessions will be catered towards where you are in the moment and what you need.
