Mastora Roshan believes healing is not about learning to live with pain β it is about addressing its source. As a Registered Social Worker with more than two decades of practice, she works from the conviction that trauma reshapes the brain and body in ways that coping strategies alone cannot undo. Her focus is on root-cause healing: helping clients rewire the nervous system and move through trauma rather than around it.
Mastora works with individuals across a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse recovery, addiction, and life transitions β from teenagers and young adults to elderly clients, across genders and circumstances. Sessions are delivered virtually across Ontario, an approach she has found deepens the therapeutic process by allowing clients to engage from an environment where they already feel at ease.
Her practice draws on more than twenty years of clinical experience, shaped by the understanding that lasting change requires more than symptom relief. The work she does aims toward something more fundamental: a life in which clients do not merely survive what happened to them, but genuinely thrive beyond it.
