Renee Kruger’s work begins with a conviction: that healing is possible, and that no one should have to carry their pain without support. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Calgary, Renee brings a trauma-focused, integrated approach to mental health care — one that opens with a thorough, compassionate assessment of each person’s history and hopes before any treatment path is mapped.

From that foundation, she builds individualized plans grounded in evidence-based therapies, working alongside clients as they develop resilience, restore a sense of safety, and rebuild trust in themselves and in their relationships. She works with children, teenagers, adults, and elderly individuals navigating trauma, abuse, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, and career challenges, among much else.
