Tiffany Chan’s path into counselling reflects a rare dual foundation: she holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology with a specialization in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling from the University of British Columbia, and carries registration as both a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC and a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. That combined training shapes everything about how she works — understanding that emotional well-being and the ability to function meaningfully at work are rarely separate problems.
Tiffany works with teenagers, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma, adjustment challenges, and personality-related concerns, as well as those facing burnout, career transitions, or the strain of chronic illness. For many clients, the pressure doesn’t clock out — when work arrives by notification at any hour and the boundary between professional and personal life has quietly dissolved, the exhaustion that follows can feel impossible to name. Tiffany helps people name it, and move through it.
Her approach is holistic and person-centred, oriented toward rebuilding confidence and re-engaging with what matters most in life and work. She accepts private pay, extended health benefits, ICBC claims, and Medavie Blue Cross, with direct billing available for Pacific Blue Cross. Online sessions are offered.
