Healing from abuse, betrayal, and the chaos that follows is the heart of Alison Epp’s practice. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Saskatoon, Alison brings both professional training and lived experience as a survivor to her work — a combination that shapes the depth of understanding she offers every client. She works with adults, teens, and families navigating domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, post-separation trauma, eating disorders, divorce, and family court.
Alison’s approach is violence-informed and grounded in safety, curiosity, and compassion. She holds space for clients to examine their experiences and relationships at a pace that suits them, helping them build clarity, healthier coping strategies, and renewed confidence in themselves. Her background spans a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and specialized certifications including the When Love Hurts certificate and Certified Partner Trauma Therapist candidacy. She also holds a Registered Dietitian designation and is a verified CVAP provider, with direct insurance billing available.
Sessions are available in person in Saskatoon and virtually, and Alison offers a free 15-minute phone consultation for anyone considering whether her practice is the right fit.
