Eight years of clinical practice have taken Brooke Lamb from pastoral counseling rooms to a full-spectrum private practice in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, where her work has always centered on one conviction: that people carry an innate drive toward wholeness. That foundation in deeply human, connected presence still shapes how she works today — as an LMFT trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy for couples, EMDR for trauma, and Internal Family Systems integrated across both individual and couples work.
Brooke works with individuals, couples, and families navigating identity shifts, relationship strain, and trauma — including two years spent exclusively with women in the perinatal phase of life, giving her particular depth with postpartum mood disorders and infertility. For clients whose nervous systems have been worn thin by the relentless pace of constant input, the body-based and parts-work approaches she uses offer a practical way back to internal steadiness. She also brings a feminist therapy lens to her practice, attending closely to how family systems, community pressures, and broader cultural messaging shape the protective strategies people develop over time.
Brooke sees all parts of a person as doing their best to provide care and protection — and helps clients meet those parts with compassion rather than conflict, building an ongoing relationship with Self, others, and the Divine. Online sessions are available.
