I believe you have strengths that can be powerful assets when you put them to work for you. So many people with ADHD are intelligent and competent, but get stuck because they struggle with time management, organization and execution of tasks, creating low self esteem and tension at work, at school and in families. My experience as an educator, my training in ADHD and marriage & family therapy, and my role as a mom to kids with ADHD have given me a deep appreciation of the challenges faced by individuals and families living with ADHD in a neurotypical world and a passion for helping them get unstuck and feel confident. Together we will use evidence-based methods to help you understand your ADHD and develop skills that you can use to become successful in school, at work, and in your family.
