Faiza Haroon

About Me

Faiza brings warmth, genuine curiosity, and fifteen years of clinical and lived experience to her work. Her education includes an HBSc in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), and doctoral training in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) currently in progress. Her understanding of trauma and neuroscience research informs how she holds space — with care for the vulnerability it takes to let someone truly see you.

She has always been drawn to people’s stories: the layers beneath the surface, the quiet strength running alongside the struggle. That instinct toward genuine seeing rather than assessing shapes everything about how she works. She believes the core self holds its own wisdom, and that the protective parts developed for good reasons — and that with compassionate, unhurried inquiry, those parts can be understood rather than bypassed.

Seeking help is not a simple thing. Faiza recognises that, and she works to make the process as approachable as possible from the first point of contact. Together, you’ll explore your inner world, develop a relationship with what’s underneath the surface, and move toward a way of living that feels more intentional and genuinely your own.
