Hello and welcome! I’m glad that you’re here and considering working with me. I am licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Vermont (online only for SC and VT clients). I specialize in counseling with women who are experiencing anxiety, body image issues, pregnancy/postpartum mental health concerns, depression, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and relationship concerns. I have over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of counseling settings including inpatient and outpatient agencies, a university counseling center, public school systems, non-profits, and now in my private practice.
