Hannah English holds a conviction that lasting change begins not with advice given but with questions asked β the kind that invite a person to slow down and actually listen to what’s already moving inside them. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Langley, British Columbia, she works with individuals, couples, and families, drawing on a deep curiosity about how early experiences quietly shape the way people feel, react, and connect today.
Hannah supports teenagers, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties β including the particular strain that shows up when someone realizes they’ve been scrolling for an hour but can’t finish a single thought that matters to them. Her practice centres on the relationship a person has with their own inner world, and how that shapes every relationship beyond it.
Her therapeutic approach weaves together Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Neuroscience, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Somatic work, and EMDR (currently in training). She views clients as the true experts in their own lives β her role is to ask better questions and help people make sense of what keeps showing up. Sessions are available online.
