About Me

I’m a grounded, compassionate therapist who blends open exploration with pragmatism. My style is warm and genuine. I’ll follow your lead, gently challenge you at times, and help you set meaningful goals to move forward. I draw on evidence-based practices, from emotion-focused therapy to mindfulness-based behavioural approaches. Together we’ll learn to shift patterns, tap into deeper emotions, and find new ways to respond. I’ll regularly invite your feedback to make sure we’re on the right track.

As someone who’s navigated two decades of marriage and parenting spirited teens, work-life balance, and major career changes, I offer empathy and lived insight. I enjoy supporting individuals of all ages, and have a soft spot for parents, teenagers and young adults. As an artist, I try to offer creative approaches to my clients.

I am a student under supervision with Deborah Epstein Therapy, completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a creative professional, and I enjoy weaving creativity and mindfulness into therapy to help clients discover new perspectives and build resilience.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore your hopes, needs, and whether we’re a good fit. Call or send me an e-mail – I’d love to hear your story.
