Lana Farah

Compassionate, grounded support for the life you actually want.

About Me

Children navigating school avoidance, adults carrying the weight of trauma, couples struggling to be heard by each other — these are the people Lana Farah built her practice around. A Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Delta, BC, she works with individuals aged ten and older, as well as couples and families, across concerns that include anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse recovery, and the fractures that stress and conflict can introduce into close relationships.

Lana draws from a considered toolkit of evidence-based approaches — DBT, CBT, EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Gottman Therapy, and solution-focused methods among them. She finds that DBT skills for regulating emotion are especially useful for clients whose nervous systems have grown accustomed to constant stimulation and struggle to settle without it. Arabic-speaking clients and immigrant families will find that she brings particular attunement to the pressures of raising children across cultural contexts, holding both the family’s heritage and the realities of their new setting with care.

Lana’s work is grounded in the belief that real support means walking alongside someone without judgment — helping them move toward a life that feels genuinely their own. Sessions are available in person in Delta and online across Canada.
