LT ADHD Coaching

About Me

I’ve been in a long relationship with ADHD. My son was the first in our family to be diagnosed, back in 2007 — and like a lot of families, that one diagnosis opened up questions and eventually diagnoses for the rest of us. What followed was years of learning, advocating, and doing the self-development work that comes with actually understanding how an ADHD brain operates.

That path led me into coaching. I’m an ICF-certified professional and personal coach specializing in ADHD, with training from ADDCA, Coach Approach, Concordia University, and others. My toolkit includes Internal Family Systems and other parts work, Positive Intelligence, the VIA Institute on Character, and the neuroscience of change.

I work with adults who want to understand how their brain actually operates and build strategies that fit it – instead of fighting against it. We focus on executive functioning, habit formation, work-life boundaries, and the specific ways digital distraction hijacks ADHD focus.

Outside of work I’m curious about almost everything – cultural diversity, a good meal, and a good laugh are high on my list. Looking forward to getting to know you.
