Do you and your partner keep arriving at the same impasse, having versions of the same conversation with no real resolution? That kind of deadlock creates a particular loneliness — being physically present with someone while the distance between you feels immovable. Sometimes that distance gets compounded by anxiety, chronic illness, or difficulties with intimacy and physical connection.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and over twenty years of prior experience in the corporate world. That background gives me a practical, grounded understanding of the pressures people carry — including the particular strain of modern work life and the difficulty of being fully present with the people you care about when something always seems to be demanding your attention.
For couples and relationships, I work from Gottman Method principles and Sex Therapy approaches, focusing on the foundations that make relationships durable: genuine friendship, constructive conflict, and renewed physical closeness. I work with traditional relationships and those navigating non-monogamy and polyamory.
For individuals, I offer a compassionate space to work through anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of chronic health conditions — uncovering the patterns that limit you and building clearer, more workable ways forward.
I see clients in Etobicoke and virtually across Ontario. A free consultation is available to see whether we’d be a good fit.
