What clients carry out of sessions with Dr. Martin Keller is a clearer sense of themselves — and a relationship with a therapist they trust enough to do the hard work. Keller has spent three decades in private practice in the Phoenix area, working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide span of ages and concerns. His consultation work extends to hospitals, schools, and organizations, and he has lectured on physician burnout at venues from the local to the international level.
Adults navigating burnout or anxiety, children working through learning differences, teenagers facing family upheaval, couples in conflict, parents managing divorce’s impact on their kids — these are the people Keller works with, and the problems he has built his practice around. His clinical interests also include depression, ADHD, relationship and sexual concerns, parenting, and the intersection of spirituality and psychological health. He draws on both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches depending on what each person needs.
Keller holds a doctorate from Rutgers University and earned diplomates from the American Academy of Clinical Psychology, the American Academy of Counseling and Psychotherapy, the American Academy of Behavioral Medicine, and the American Board of Sexology. He is also a Certified Biofeedback Therapist and a Certified School Psychologist, and is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
