Warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story sit at the centre of Natalie Wiseman’s practice. A Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Vancouver, Natalie brings 25 years of experience alongside the grounded perspective of someone who has lived through the complexities of long partnership and raising a family β and she draws on all of it when sitting with clients in their hardest moments.
Natalie works with individuals, couples, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship strain, burnout, and the particular ache of feeling unseen β even by the people they message every day. Her approach is shaped by advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, and she also uses Brainspotting to help clients process what words alone sometimes can’t reach. For those living with ADHD, from adolescence through adulthood, she offers support around both the diagnosis and the daily realities that come with it.
Whether someone arrives carrying years of unresolved hurt or simply needs clearer footing, Natalie’s aim is the same: to help people understand themselves more fully, reconnect with their own strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion. Online sessions are available. A free consultation is offered to get started.
