Natasha Noble

Healing happens where honest emotion and grounded faith meet.

About Me

Christian faith and clinical training sit together at the centre of Natasha Noble’s practice — not as competing frameworks, but as the foundation she believes makes lasting emotional change possible. A Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver, she works with individuals, couples, and families who want to grow both psychologically and spiritually, and she holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology alongside a Bachelor of Theology and a decade of pastoral ministry experience that shapes how she understands people and relationships.

Natasha helps adults, teenagers, and older clients work through anxiety, addictions, relational patterns, and the kind of burnout that quietly hollows out a person’s sense of self. She draws on approaches including Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems thinking, weaving them with a Christ-centred lens because she sees psychological healing and spiritual formation as deeply connected. Some of the couples she works with carry tensions that live in their phones as much as in the room — a text exchange that escalated when tone couldn’t be heard, or an evening where two people sat together but were somewhere else entirely.

Natasha is known for building therapeutic relationships with real depth and warmth, offering a space where clients can set down their defences and be genuinely seen. She sees her own ongoing therapy and peer supervision as part of the same commitment she asks of her clients. Online sessions are available across Canada.
