Patricia Krenitsky

Teaching clients to solve problems and carry what cannot be solved.

About Me

Trust, Patricia Krenitsky believes, is the foundation on which meaningful counseling is built — and building it is where her work begins. An LPC based in Moosic, Pennsylvania, Patricia holds a Master of Science in Community Counseling alongside National Board Certification, academic roots in psychology and philosophy, and a private practice shaped around one consistent conviction: that clients are the ones who set the direction.

She works collaboratively with children, teenagers, young adults, men, women, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and the lasting weight of abuse. Her scope also extends to professional burnout, workplace strain, and family dynamics including adolescent development, elder care, and communication between partners and spouses.

Patricia’s approach centers on equipping people with practical tools — not simply processing what is difficult, but building the capacity to handle what cannot be changed. Where a problem can be solved, she helps clients find that path; where it cannot, she focuses on developing the resilience to live alongside it. Sessions are available in person and online.
