Rachel Bradley

Collaborative, practical therapy — because insight alone isn't enough.

About Me

For people who feel stuck — whether that’s in a relationship that’s lost its footing, a pattern of worry that won’t quit, or a season of life that’s harder than expected — Rachel Bradley offers something that’s both rare and practical: therapy that takes you seriously without making it heavier than it needs to be. A Registered Psychologist based in Chestermere, Alberta, she works with individuals, couples, and families across a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood and depressive disorders, eating and sleep disorders, and relationship difficulties.

Rachel draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method — selecting and blending approaches based on what each client actually needs. Couples come to her to work through breakdowns in communication, eroded trust, and the quiet disconnection that builds when partners stop really talking — including the kind of distance that grows when one person is present at the table and the other is on their phone. Her style is direct and warm, with enough honesty and humour to make hard conversations feel workable rather than clinical.

Sessions are available online, and fees are $235 for individual sessions and $260 for couples sessions. Many extended health benefit plans cover services with a Registered Psychologist.
