Sheri Hardin

Change in a relationship can start with just one person ready to try.

About Me

Sheri Hardin holds a quiet conviction that real change rarely requires a partner’s cooperation to begin — only one person willing to do the work. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Decatur, Georgia, she has spent more than two decades working alongside individuals and couples navigating the specific grief and disorientation that relationship strain can bring, including the particular exhaustion of parents whose family dinners have become a negotiation between people and their phones.

Sheri works with men and women facing adjustment and mood disorders, anxiety, grief, and the fractures that surface in marriages and families — whether that looks like recurring arguments that never quite resolve, an infidelity that has upended everything, or the slow drift that precedes a decision about divorce. Holding an MSW from Tulane University and a Psychology degree from Mount Holyoke College, she brings specialized training in discernment counseling, premarital work, divorce support, and a distinctive approach she calls relationship counseling for one — helping a single partner create meaningful change without waiting for the other to show up.

Online sessions are available. Sheri has been focused specifically on relationship issues for over twelve years.
