Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have supported my clients in healing and understanding their challenges. I specialize in treatments based on the individual needs of each client. The work we do together will focus on collaboration and trust. I focus on being person-centered and specializing in evidenced based treatments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, & ACT).
