What clients carry out of sessions with Talia Zink is a clearer sense of their own footing β a renewed trust in their capacity to work through what once felt immovable. Drawing on more than nineteen years of clinical experience and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, Talia works with youth, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, and the particular exhaustion that comes from trying to hold everything together across every role in a person’s life.
Her training spans trauma treatment, EMDR, attachment, adolescent development, risk assessment, and family systems theory, and she stays closely engaged with current neuroscience research on how early relational experiences shape the brain. That foundation shapes how she approaches each person: with genuine curiosity about the roots of what they’re facing, not just its surface. For clients who find that worry follows them from one notification to the next β the 2 a.m. spiral that starts on a phone and doesn’t stop β Talia’s work addresses both the patterns underneath and the moments that trigger them.
Talia’s starting point is that each person already holds the ability to move toward health. Her role is to make sure they feel truly seen first, and then to work alongside them as they begin to do it.
