For thirty years, Tina Moody has built her practice around a single conviction: that each person carries a distinct combination of qualities whose full expression changes not only their own life but the lives of everyone around them. Working from Dripping Springs, Texas, the Licensed Professional Counselor brings that belief into individual sessions, couples work, family counseling, and spiritual guidance — meeting people at the points where growth feels most blocked or most necessary.
Tina works with teenagers, young adults, men, and women navigating burnout, abuse recovery, infidelity, divorce, family conflict, and the slow erosion that comes from relationships defined by narcissism. She understands, for instance, how the expectation of constant availability — the work message that arrives at ten on a Sunday night — quietly chips away at the boundaries a person needs to stay whole, and how that pressure compounds whatever else is already difficult.
Her formation spans Texas Tech University, Duke Divinity School, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and the Fielding Graduate Institute. She has served as chaplain in hospitals, psychiatric facilities, and prisons, and as a pastor and teacher. She is co-author of Sweet Relief from the Everyday Narcissist. Online sessions are available. Her guiding orientation: authenticity, personal growth, and the belief that finding your way back to yourself is always possible.
