Tricia Toth

You are worthy of greatness — and of the life you want.

About Me

Helping people live the life they genuinely want has been Tricia Toth’s driving purpose since long before she became a Registered Clinical Counsellor — it began with volunteering at hospitals, food banks, and community initiatives, and grew into a career spanning youth work, family support, child protection, and forensic therapy with individuals navigating the criminal justice system. That breadth of real-world experience shapes how she works with clients today from her practice in Ladysmith, British Columbia.

Tricia works with teenagers, adults, and seniors facing a wide range of challenges: trauma, abuse, addiction, grief, relationship breakdown, depression, anxiety, burnout, and those quieter struggles — feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or like something is simply off. For clients whose work follows them home through every notification and late-night email, she helps untangle where the job ends and the rest of life begins. She holds registrations with both the BC College of Social Workers and the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and brings more than two decades of experience to her sessions.

Tricia draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, choosing what fits each person rather than applying a single method to everyone. Sessions are available in person, by video, phone, or email — including online for those who need flexibility.
