Jennifer Turnbrook

Change is collaborative — you know yourself; she knows the way through.

About Me

Jennifer Turnbrook holds a conviction that real change isn’t something a therapist does to a person — it’s something that happens between two people working as a genuine team. A Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and more than three decades of practice in Langley, British Columbia, Jennifer brings hard-earned perspective to the individuals and couples who sit across from her, while making clear that the person seeking help is always the real expert on themselves.

She works with adults across the lifespan — men, women, and older adults — navigating anxiety, panic, sleep difficulties, trauma, relationship strain, parenting challenges, and the disorienting weight of major life transitions. For anyone who scrolls through a full evening of other people’s updates yet ends the night feeling oddly invisible, Jennifer’s work on connection and communication speaks directly to that specific ache. She also offers NeurOptimal® neurofeedback for those who want meaningful change but find that sitting and talking doesn’t quite fit.

With her, sessions are collaborative rather than prescriptive: a space to build self-awareness, work toward practical solutions, and allow something she describes as soulful healing to take root. Online sessions are available.
