With graduate training from Regent University and post-master’s study that deepened her clinical foundation, Trish Hastings has spent several decades building a faith-centered private practice in northeast Georgia. Her work draws on that long professional arc — individual counseling, marriage and family work, crisis intervention, and trauma recovery — shaped by a genuine commitment to meeting each person where they are.
She works with teenagers, adults, couples, and seniors navigating a wide range of struggles: depression, anxiety, grief, abuse and trauma recovery, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and faith-based concerns. For clients whose work now follows them home on their phone — the after-hours message that pulls them back in, the pressure to always be reachable — she offers a space to examine where those patterns come from and what a different way of living might look like.
Ms. Hastings approaches therapy as a collaborative process, walking alongside clients as they move toward healing and wholeness. She brings a Christian perspective to her practice while holding each person’s inherent dignity at the center of the work. Her office is located near the Gainesville square, accessible from I-985, and she also offers sessions online.
