Adela Baker, PCC, PCAC is a former corporate trainer and language instructor turned ADHD executive coach. As the founder of Mind Coach, LLC, she’s dedicated to helping Turbo Thinkers© – high achievers with fast-moving, highly creative minds – succeed in a neurotypical world without sacrificing their unique strengths or well-being.

Adela’s journey into ADHD coaching began with a personal revelation: discovering her son’s “race car brain with tricycle brakes.” This sparked a mission to not only help her child but to transform the lives of Turbo Thinkers© worldwide. With 10 years of coaching experience and fluency in five languages, Adela brings a global perspective to her practice, serving clients around the world from her base in New Orleans.

As Vice President of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) and a mentor for the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC), Adela is one of the few coaches worldwide who reviews and sponsors aspiring ADHD coaches. Her expertise is grounded in rigorous training in neuroscience, psychology, and advanced coaching techniques.
