Allia Brickman

Connection restored, from within and between.

About Me

Allia Brickman believes that feeling cut off — from a partner, a family member, or one’s own sense of self — is one of the most disorienting experiences a person can face. Her practice is built around restoring that sense of connection, drawing on decades of work with individuals and couples to offer something that is both rigorously grounded and genuinely warm. As a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Hypnotherapist, she brings a layered set of tools to each client rather than a single fixed approach.

Allia works with teenagers, adults, and the elderly on a wide range of concerns: anxiety and people-pleasing patterns, low self-esteem, mood disorders, adjustment challenges, internet and gaming addiction, and the full spectrum of relationship difficulties — from communication breakdowns and infidelity to divorce, coparenting, and the particular strains that come with aging parents.

For those drawn to it, hypnotherapy is part of her practice — used not as a novelty but as a clinically purposeful way to shift entrenched habits and fears at a deeper level. Whether someone arrives carrying a long-standing pattern or a recent crisis, Allia’s aim is the same: to help them move toward a life that feels more fully their own. Online sessions are available, and a free consultation is offered to start.
