Diana M. Wile

Diana M. Wile, M.S., LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Curated Coaching & Counseling, a boutique private practice in Boca Raton, Florida.

For more than a decade, Diana has worked with couples, individuals, and families navigating the moments when relationships feel uncertain, disconnected, or simply no longer sustainable. She specializes in couples therapy, infidelity recovery, discernment counseling, divorce, co parenting, blended families, and significant life transitions.

Diana understands that people rarely seek therapy because of one argument or one difficult moment. More often, it is the accumulation of what has gone unresolved. The conversations avoided. The trust that has changed. The intimacy that feels different. The resentment that quietly grows. The question becomes not only, “Can this get better?” but also, “What is the cost if nothing changes?”

Her approach is warm, direct, curious, and systemic. She looks beyond the presenting problem to understand the relational patterns underneath it, including what is said, what remains unspoken, and how each person may unknowingly participate in a cycle that keeps them stuck. Her work is grounded in the belief that compassion and accountability can exist in the same room.

A first generation Colombian American and South Florida native, Diana provides services in English and Spanish and understands the powerful roles culture, family, loyalty, identity, and intergenerational expectations can play in relationships.

Diana earned her Master of Science in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Family Therapy.

At the heart of her work is curiosity: understanding how you arrived here, what you want to be different, and what it may cost to leave the things that matter most unaddressed.
