Diana Wile

Diana Wile believes that lasting change begins with the most foundational relationship a person can have — the one with themselves. Working from West Boca Raton and available online across Florida, Diana holds an LMFT license alongside certifications in health coaching and emotional eating, and brings fluency in both English and Spanish to every session. Her training spans systemic family therapy, individual work, and nutrition, and she tailors each approach to the specific person in front of her rather than fitting clients into a standardized method.

She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment challenges, sleep difficulties, eating concerns, and the pull of compulsive behaviors — including the kind that migrate from the poker table or the bottle into hours lost to gaming or endless scrolling, where the reward loop runs just as deep. Career burnout, divorce, co-parenting conflict, aging parents, and chronic illness also bring people to her practice.

Diana’s invitation to prospective clients is direct: if self-help resources and well-meaning advice haven’t moved the needle, something more structured and personal might. She does not bill insurance, offering instead a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, and sessions are available in person or virtually.
